1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using StaySignals, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use StaySignals on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

StaySignals provides software that helps hotel OTAs assess non-customer traffic before fulfillment. The service may include a dashboard, browser SDK, API, decision history, project configuration, and related documentation.

Risk scores, risk levels, and suggested actions are decision-support outputs. You remain responsible for how you configure and use the service, including how you act on allow or deny recommendations.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and project access. You are responsible for all activity under your account and organization.

Notify us promptly if you believe an account, API key, or project has been compromised.

4. Customer Data

Customer Data means data that you, your users, or your applications submit to StaySignals through the dashboard, browser SDK, API, or related integrations, including device and browser signals, booking context, decision history, and related metadata.

You retain your rights in Customer Data. You grant StaySignals the rights needed to process Customer Data only to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these terms.

We will not sell, rent, trade, or expose Customer Data. We will not misuse Customer Data or use it for advertising networks, data broker products, unrelated profiling, or other purposes outside the service.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining the rights, permissions, and notices required to send Customer Data to StaySignals, including any traveler or end-user information collected by your implementation.

You must not use StaySignals to violate law, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or submit malicious code.

6. Fees and billing

Certain features may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, taxes, and payment terms will be described at the time of purchase, in an order form, or in another written agreement between you and StaySignals.

7. Intellectual property

StaySignals and its licensors own the service, software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and related materials. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are granted to you.

Feedback may be used by StaySignals without restriction or obligation to you.

8. Service availability and changes

We work to keep StaySignals available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product changes.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is a security risk, nonpayment, unlawful use, or a violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Customer Data restrictions, payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StaySignals disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

StaySignals does not guarantee that every risk score or suggested action will be accurate for every transaction.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StaySignals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information. It is incorporated into these terms by reference.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of StaySignals after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
